The concept came from a love of bold Indian spices and timeless recipes passed down through generations.
Why The Yellow Chilli?
Our name comes from a special yellow chilli used in North Indian street food. It’s not as common as the red or green varieties but adds a unique kick to every bite. That idea guided the creation of The Yellow Chilli.
